What determines the price

How do the technological features and production time affect on the cost?

Machine embroidery pricing depends on some factors - digitized design, the size of the design, the number of the thread colors, stitch count, type of the fabric or type of the product and finaly complexity of the order.

When it's going about pricing, many companies, indicate the price per 1000 stitches. Real production costs (real labor and machine time) per 1000 stitches, on various types of fabrics or various complexity of the work, can differ in several times.

So our price per 1000 stitches is starting from 0.80 UAH ($0,03).

Your final price may vary depending on the details and the options needed.If you'd like to cut costs the only thing you need to increase your quantity and schedule your order in advance.

Also the price of embroidery depends on the turnaround time of the order. Rush orders are always more expensive than standard orders.

We try to make order process as easy as possible. Below some general questions to quote your price:

mockup or simply image
type and colour of the background material
type of the embroidery threads (viscose, polyester, metallic, cotton, wool, linen etc)
conditions of use of the final product
order quantity
size of the logo
shape of the pre-cut fabric (for embroidery on the pre-cut fabric)
thickness of the fabric
type of the backing - sewing on, heat seal/iron on, Velcro, plastic back, felt, magnet (for patches and badges)
type of the border – merrowed border or hot cut border by laser cut machine
digitized design

In any case, final price can be count only after creating digitized design and stitched out proof prior to production.
